She was always sending us new homes that were just listed or coming to the market and always made time to take us to showings. Helped us find out forever home! Monica was an excellent agent; professional, courteous, and patient! She sold our home extremely quickly and was able to get us top dollar ($5k over asking). In the home search aspect, she was not pushy (which we really appreciated) and showed us close to 50 homes. In the end, she helped us through the selling and buying process masterfully, and provided some recommendations on contractors/vendors along the way.
As first time home buyers, we couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Monica! She was extremely knowledgeable, fast, and such a pleasure to be around. Any time we wanted to see a house, Monica made it happen as soon as possible. She helped us close on the perfect house and we are so lucky to have had her as our realtor!
Margaret sold me my home originally, and when it was time to list there was never a doubt as to who to call. When I did, Monica led the entire process. From the first meeting I knew it was the right decision! From the amazing pictures and description, to the service up to and beyond the closing. Monica is class all the way; friendly, responsive, and took care of every question and every need. Individually and as a team, they are incredible.
