Monica was incredible from start to finish. She was professional, friendly, accessible, and very knowledgeable throughout the entire homebuying process. Working with Monica took the stress out of homebuying. It was incredily easy to schedule viewings, make offers, coordinate the inspection, etc. She even provided fun signs to take pictures with on closing day! Monica was very quick to get my investment property marketed once I decided I was ready to sell, resulting in multiple offers within 2 weeks. Once the first prospective buyer didn’t work out, Monica didn’t miss a beat and within a couple of days secured a second buyer which was executed without any issues. Monica did a great job.
