They are absolutely useless. This is a company that deals with peoples finances. People's hard earned money, yet there is ZERO support. Automated responses on everything. It is literally impossible to talk to a real person, and again, this is a company you are trusting your money with. No more for me. Time to finish paying off my loan early and closing my accounts.
