This business false advertises about getting your check 2 days early, when in fact they are still working on it. They tried to tell my husband that he had to have 3 consecutive direct deposits before he could access the Insta-Cash. He has a direct deposit form SSA for the past 4 months. They said because it.s not the same day every month that he can not use it. He will be switching to someone else. Do not get this card!

Really simple digital banking and loan products, easy to sign up and get a loan to pay the essential bills while also improving my credit.
Terrible service took my money accidentally due to technical difficulties.....I've been waiting 5 days and been treated terribly they have took food off my table and haven't been able to work I can't believe they are doing me like this I trusted them

They are a rip off. They give me a loan of 1000 but deposited 85 in my account. I asked that it bw cancelled because all the reviews are bad. I have no interest in building my credit score through them plus they charging me 20 a month for what I dont know. They are noney hungry a rip off and if I dont get it cancelled i will sue.

I have spent an hour trying to find any way to cancel my monthly $20 charge. I have absolutely no idea why they're charging me this as I have no recollection of signing up for anything at all with them. They seem to be "making upgrades" or want me to "install the app" or something. Their FAQ is apparently out of date despite how "simple and easy" they claim it is to cancel your membership. May they be destroyed.
They have the worst customer service ever. I paid off my loan and there is a payment from the 6th that is still not processed on my end but is out of my bank account. Just waiting for that to process and waiting for the funds from my investment and I am done with them

There has been a glitch in the app for weeks where I am not allowed access to instacash which I am paying for. When you finally reach customer service you can barely even understand them, and they keep sending automated messages and not even giving me an eta on when the issue will be fixed. They could be a good financial solution, but the customer service is God awful.

I have been trying to close my account for over a month now. I will be reporting them to my bank and blocking any other charges that may come from them. Fraudulent instacash transaction, card malfunction, and all around horrible banking practices. And the only way to speak with someone to fix it is through email! JOKE!!! I only used this for a quick fix and now it has been a nightmare trying to get rid of this **** app!!!

This company is a scam! I took out a builder plus loan and paid it off in 8 months so I could take out another. I called to confirm this information with them they said no problem. I made the payment and it took 8 days to clear my checking account even though I used my debit card which I was told was instant!!! Once it cleared I logged into my account to take out another loan and it said I owed $585 in fees!
