Great service! The communication and knowledge of the representative was awesome! MoneyLion also offers consumers access to small loans to help them manage changing monthly income and expenses. As a Customer you will receive points through a reward program for doing things like connecting a bank account or keeping your credit utilization low even recieving cashback when you make purchases with your moneylion roar debit card ?? from top brands that you love!

Moneylion is amazing! They are very friendly, professional, easy to work with, and very understanding! There have been a few times where I hit financial trouble and couldn't pay them back on time, they were so gracious and understanding! They worked with me to set up payment plans and get my account resolved as funds allowed. They have also waived missed membership fee payments! I have banked with MoneyLion over a year now and I love all the features and possibilities with this bank. Watching them change and grow has been pretty cool to be apart of to see it advance To where they are now. I would and have recommended a lot of people to try MoneyLion and they e enjoyed it as much as I am.

Paid my credit card from my bank account with them. They took the money from my account but they dis not pay the credit card. Credit card company says they returned it. I got a late fee from the credit card and the credit card closed my account due to this. I have not been able to get my money that they took out back. Terrible DO NOT RECOMMEND

A Moneylion debit card account was created in my name and I did not create it. I had never heard of Moneylion until a $200 transfer was initiated from my primary bank account. I filed a fraud dispute with my bank and shortly after I received a Moneylion ********** in the mail. I tried for hours to get in contact with a customer service representative and ended up calling three different customer support lines and sending an email to the support email listed on their website. The absolute worst customer service experience . They are making switch from MoneyLion to their Roarmoney accounts , whatever not a big deal. I submitted paper work through their app like directed , they did not send it to my employer in time to keep the employer from sending my direct deposit to the MoneyLion checking account so I called them today two days before the money is sent and asked if they could either let it go through one last time seeing as how the account is still open or if they could send it to the roar mone... read more

Moneylion is not perfect yet but it has so much potential. I have witnessed huge improvements with their app and with their overall services. I am glad that I have been patient. I paid my loan off with my Investment funds in April 2020. The app stated that the payment was processing for 2 months. I called in April and May and all the representative told me was that it was still processing and to give it time. In May, it was still showing processing so I called them back. They FINALLY escalated the request to their engineering department to release the 'Processing' status.
