Before I made my appointment with Dr. Moneyhun I came on here to read the reviews. She got a lot of 5 stars and some 1 stars regarding her attitude and the staff's attitude. I personally can say those 1 stars could not have been true. Dr. Moneyhun wasn't just a wonderful doctor she also helped me reduce my anxiety because I was so scared to do the nasal endoscopy. So rude and inconsiderate, specially the management. I am a patient, with tremendous ear pain, infection, unable to attend my office, for 2 weeks, but as I came 20 min late, they canceled my appointment. No space for human here, very much certain human evolving very fast to robots!
