I submitted a maintenance request as the garbage disposal wasn’t working and told them we would be out of town for a month for break. I came back to check on the house a week later and come back to find that they left a pile of rotting food on my sink to teach me a lesson “as an example”… Both disgusting and disrespectful.
The maintenance staff is the best. They respond quickly and do a very professional job. They are friendly and courteous and care about the property!
