We had a wonderful experience with Anna. She is always cheerful, kind, attentive, and has a great sense of humor. She did a wonderful job, and my dad is very happy with the result. He especially appreciated that Anna spoke Russian with him — it made him feel much more comfortable. We’ve been to all three locations and have always had a great experience. Thank you, Anna, for your professionalism, kindness, and always making us smile! We highly recommend her!
I have been wearing partial dentures since the 70s and I have to say that my recent experience with Monarch was absolutely the best ever. Anna and her assistant (I feel terrible that I cannot recall her name) were professional and thorough, while at the same time making me feel totally at ease during the process. I couldn't ask for a better denturist!!!! Anna is great & explains everything she is doing & approximately how long each step takes. She was right on with the times from the beginning. After 16 years since I got my first set of dentures & broke my bottom plate. It just made more sense to get a new set ( being covered by insurance definitely helps. ) I highly recommend Anna at any of her clinics, she is among the best of the best!!! Thanks Anna & assistant.
