I’ve gone to four wood contouring treatments and loving the difference I’m seeing. Camila , the girl that works there is nice and has great information to give along with the recommendations.
Having to edit my review from five stars to one star because they kept changing/cancelling my Saturday appointments and would’ve provide flexibility for people who work 9-5. I bought a 12 session pack from Groupon and used 3 sessions at most. Anytime I would request a Saturday appointment because it was open on the booking site it would either get cancelled or not accepted. Was not offered any type of reimbursement or apology.
Bought 2 packages, 4 sessions each, 8 in total, by the second appt I was already being cancelled last minute, I spoke to the owner if I can get a refund on the second package and just take the loss on the first package she said "I have no access to that" (purchased a Groupon who told me to contact owner) after this, I have been bumped from my scheduled time, to then informed she won't be there my next appt.
