RecommendedMolly Maids cleaned our house while my wife was out of town. They arrived at the house five minutes early and walked thru the house with me going over our concerns and needs. House was not cleaned properly even with an extra hour given (quoted for 2.5 hours and asked for 2 more, gave them 1 more), entire upstairs was left untouched. Customer service from owner was horrible and no responsibility was taken and I was given no apology.
