I have used them in the past. The young ladies that come are insured and bonded that is one of the reasons I used same. The ladies that come are friendly and do a good job. I need help now so I will called them again to clean my home. Thank you MOLLY MAID.

Terrible cleaning. I paid for a deep cleaning and got no such thing. The only thing that is really clean is the showers. My house still has dust where they just went around things or didnt clean at all. Outside of refrig. only half cleaned, one bedroom was not even touched... If it was you can not tell, trash piled on top of trash can from them, toilets not descaled, faucets not wiped clean, baseboards not cleaned, I could go on. When I called they said they had a 24 hr guarantee only. I said can you just come back next week... read more
Sad! You can NOT tell Molly Maids even came to our home other than a way to get the BILL!!!On line! Could not tell you what they have in mind to charge me? Just Sick!
They send someone over to give us an estimate. So disappointed in their lack of service. They didn’t clean our ledges, our ceiling fans, and missed a good section of our floors. I called them back they sent their cleaning crew back and again they didn’t clean anything yet they charged me 311.00. Never again.
This team did a wonderful job on my move out inspection, got high remarks, a few missed dusty spots. Overall would recommend to everyone!
