Our inspector was incredibly thorough in reviewing his findings with us in person, upon completion. Then the report that he sends you is awesome. It is in pdf format and he had available for us the same day of inspection with a lot of details and pictures.
They were amazing! Super responsive and priced very competitively. Patrick walked me through the process step by step via phone and quickly turned around the appointment.

I don't even know where to start...MI&T could not have been more professional, reliable and courteous. He was on time or early for every appointment. He did everything he said he would, WHEN he said he would, and EVEN MORE. When the mold problem turned into a much bigger problem than we expected, he wouldn't take a penny more than his original estimate. MI&T came out yesterday and took me through each phase of the inspection step-by-step. We did an interior walk through together as he carefully and thoroughly mapped the moisture content of the walls, and an exterior guided tour together of all the areas on the structure that need repair.
