I had a great experience with MI&T. Our inspector showed up early to our appointment and started his inspection right away. He was very thorough, checking everything in the house.
He went through EVERYTHING with us! I know more about my home than I even wanted to! I couldn't rave about them more. They're kind, professional, personal, thorough, and fair.
Prompt. Thorough. Priced as expected. Gave lots of data on the structure, took lots of pictures and went over everything point by point.
The report MI&T sent was in our hands within 2 hours after the inspection and it was extremely thorough. We will never use another mold inspector again- these guys are just too good.
Mold Inspection & Testing has a great background and always takes the time to explain and discuss items. Very Good!
MI&T had spend almost the entire afternoon on the job. Still, after they delivered the report to me, he took time to understand my needs and gave valuable advice.
I have to say I was extremely impressed with our inspector. He was always smiling, ready to answer any questions and show us things we should be aware of.
After calling MI&T they sent someone out right away and had the problem under control within hours. Very happy with the quick action they took to save the day again!
