Worst Customer Service Imaginable from Owner – I tried to phone in an order and was treated horribly, and by the owner himself! He was curt, rude, and sarcastic. He may have been having a bad day, but the treatment I recieved bordered on racism and abuse. Don't use Moe's- the owner needs a serious attitude readjustment or severe therapy intervention.
Royally messed up my order for my wedding day. – 1 mo. before my wedding I brought in colored pictures of flowers I wanted. I ordered yellow roses & babys breath with green leaves wedding bouquet ($125), 2 bridesmaids bouquets (single roses w/babys breath for 20/per), 5 boutonnieres (15/per) and 2 corsages (20/per). Arrived on my wedding day to find that my bouquet was made out of dead PEACH roses, no babys breath and white leaves.
