How disappointing--we spent $200 + for an arrangement that just wasn't put together to our liking. But worse, the proteas were full of ants. When I called to report our concerns to the manager, I heard excuses, finally an apology, but never any offer to fix or replace the flowers. Such a shame--a beautiful place with friendly people at the counter. This is partly the reason we have gone to Moe's many times in the past. 2012 was the last.
Turn back while you still can! I spent $200 on an arrangement. I went in personally and gave them directions about what to include and how I wanted it to look. They did not do as I asked, refused to change it and refused to give my money back. The flowers died in two days and worst of all, the proteas had ants in them. We spent three days getting the ants out of the house. The owner doesn't give a damn about customers or their rights. He's all about money. Buy from someone reputable.
Best Flower Shop in America! – Have been to Moe's Flowers every trip to LA. Order from Moe's for LA friends & family. I live in 2000+ acres of state park on a spring fed river & Moe's Flowers is a welcoming sight to behold! The colors, smells, varieties and service have always been outstanding. I love this place – Every time I go in here, I never know exactly what I am looking for. Today I walked in and said "my budget is 40.00 and she likes pink". I was buying flowers for a co-worker. And the girl who works their pulled together a bouquet that I could not have done myself. Guys if you want to impress a girl, but don't have a clue about flower arrangements the is the place you have to go. I have gone in here several times for different occasions and they have never failed me.

They made my day!!!! – I've been really surprised to read so many bad comments about this place. I've been shopping at moe's since 1998 and never had to complain. I just got from their place the most beautiful arrangement for Valentine and that made my day!!!! Thanks to the nicest and helpful staff in town...

A Class Act – Moe's Flowers decorated the tables for several Luncheon Meetings that I hosted at the Riviera Country Club. The flower arrangements were beautiful, the prices were reasonable, and Moe's Flowers added pleasure to each of our events.
You're buying flowers, not the owner. – Though I live in Oregon, I used to live in LA, and always stopped by Moe's. Now, when I want flowers for folks in LA, I always use Moe's. I've never been disappointed. The arrangements are beautiful (I'm told) and the flowers last a long time. They make the recipients happy. What more could you ask?
