I had a very fine experience. It took less then an hour for my general maintenance minus the car wash, which I did not need. Eddie was great with my questions.
Ways they can improve? Be proactive and advise potential buyers before they come in that you don't have a clear title and/or waiting for a lien release. Don't withhold that info when you know the potential buyers have their own lender, in an attempt to pressure them to use one of your lenders.
