I was visiting Beech Mt. and my 2017 Outback had a dead battery late Saturday afternoon. I was able to schedule a Monday am appointment on line. The service team was exceptional. I knew I was getting service like every local. It’s comforting to know such a great team is there for me when I’m visiting the area.
Had my tires rotated and the state inspection done this morning. In and out. And because they love dogs, our pup was also treated like royalty!!
Used the app to schedule my appointment, got me in quickly, have a nice waiting area with coffee, water and snacks, listened to my request. Gave me a coupon for a car wash.
Chris and the Service staff are always so pleasant and helpful. They do everything they can to help me and to make service visits a positive experience. Including bagels!
Staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Had an great car buying experience!

In all my many years of buying cars this was perhaps my best experience. Shay Smith was pleasant but professional to deal with, I would recommend him to everyone. The follow up by Modern has been tremendous, they made sure we understand everything about the Crosstrek. We have 1000 miles on our Crosstrek and are thoroughly satisfied so far. I expect many pleasant miles from my Crosstrek.
Bought a Jeep Rubicon on 4/19/2019. Discovered a leak on 5/15/2019 and called the dealership and spoke to Hayden Honeycutt. Hayden instructed me to contact my local Jeep dealer to see if it was covered under the extended warranty. Had an appt on 5/20/2019 and was told it was not covered. Spoke to Hayden on 5/20/2019 and informed him that it wasn’t covered. Hayden said that they would fix it and he would have to call me back on Wednesday morning to tell me where I needed to take it. I bought a 2019 Crosstrek in Oct 2018. I recently began having issues with the Bluetooth/radio. I called to have it looked at and was told it would be a $50 diagnostic fee. My car has 3800 miles on it. It’s under warranty. I called another dealership and am getting it fixed for no cost. These people want to screw you out of money.
