The people that works there are very nice. And they make sure your happy when you leave.

From my many visits due to reoccurring “sensor” issues, the service department is a joke. Unprofessional and unreliable.
I went in due to an oil leak in my WRX. I knew where the leak was coming from so I went into the parts department and ordered the bolt that I needed. After trying to install the bolt I noticed it wouldn't thread in properly so I took my car back to the dealership and scheduled an appointment for the techs to look at my car. I have to give kudos to Modern Subaru of Boone. They always greet me by name when I get out of my car, have various coffees available, have delicious fresh cookies, muffins, cinnamon rolls, scones and bagels from Stick Boy for their customers and even give me a free car wash for Bubbles every time I come.
