When you have definitely reached your deductible and still pay almost $100 anyway to be seen by the dermatologist, you go back and the Dr says he can't treat you because you hadn't met the deductible? Wouldn't even look. There is something fraudulent and unethical happening at this office.

Dr. Connor, I have taken down my original review. I have, in its place posted a copy of the letter you sent me demanding I take down the review and threatening me if I did not. I think, that is the definition of extortion. Do this or else. My original review did not ask for, nor demand anything. It pointed out the reoccurring issue I experienced with refills.
