Everythin was first class, and also human at Shallowford Creek. The office is beautiful, with children's play area and waiting room with snacks. The front desk staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgable. I felt like everyone in the office knew what they were doing. They were also kind. Dental procedures aren't the most fun, and Dr kakhadia took time to address my fears, reassure me, and make sure I was okay. This meant a lot. I would definetly recommend this practice.

Dr. K not only provides excellent care while you are in his chair, but he follows up afterwards too. My daughter had a baby tooth pulled and Dr. K called to see how she was doing on the day he pulled the tooth, and then he called the next day to make sure she was still doing OK (and that was on a Sunday). You rarely find a doctor/dentist who is that concerned.

Saturday hours, no waiting, very pleasant receptionist, and a dental hygienist who takes great care to make the experience as comfortable as possible, what more could you ask for in a visit to the dentist? I also received free proxy brushes in addition to the usual toothbrush and toothpaste.

Carrie did an awesome job of checking and cleaning my teeth. The office is new, clean and very comfortable. They use state of the art equipment. My appointment statrted right on time and the results were wonderful. My teeth look better than ever! Yes, Carrie ROCKS!!I highly recommend Shallowford Creek Family Dentistry

having a terrible past exp of Tooth extraction , i was proved wrong by Dr. Kakadia who made it so painless and simple I got my two teeth ( 1 fractured and one wisdom) in a period of 1 mth. He is very kind with the personal interest he takes in his patients. For my terrible pain and bad timing for appointment , he actually started the day an hour early . Thank You so much doctor , and Susie and Carolyn.
