Doctor and the whole team are very professional and cordial. very hygienic, neat and good atmosphere. knowledgeable doctor. First time i contacted the doctor, was when i had severe tooth ache, though the doctor was out of town, he went out his way to help me get the required medicine to ease off my pain.
Dr.Kakadia is very helpful and spends time in answering all the questions. He makes the treatment completely painless. I would recommend him to all my friends and family members. The other staff is very helpful too. The waiting time is very minimal too.
Everyone in the office is wonderful, from the receiptionist to the dentist. You don't have to make appointments 3 months in advance, and the atmosphere is comfortable instead of institutional. Everyone treated me with respect and kindness. I will now be coming here for all my dental needs.
The staff is great. The dentist is professional and very good.
My 10 year old daughter had to get her first cavity filled and the team at Shallowford Creek were so sweet and knowledgeable. The dr invited me and her big sister back to sit with her while she had the work done and explained everything that was going on. Even gave her a pair of cool sunglasses so the bright light wouldn't hurt her eyes! I highly recommend this group to all friends and family.
Three procedures within a month and I could not be happier. The Doctor and staff at this practice are always professional and compassionate. NO pain, fair prices and they do beautiful work.
Felt at home, everyone was very supporting and educational.
Will definately come back for a follow up
Dr. K has been phenomenal throughout the whole process. From taking my initial call on a day the office was closed to the excellent treatment, guidance, and advice I have received, I will gladly refer others to this practice. The entire staff is great to work with.
