The dentist...ugh is the only thought I had. However, the staff at Shallowford Creek Family Dentistry turned ugh into WOW. Everybody is friendly, courteous, efficient and professional. Dr. K was extremely patient. He explained everything as he was doing it. He was considerate of my needs and fears. There was even a follow-up phone call from him the next day to make sure I was doing okay. A great experience and I have already referred people to him
It has been almost 2 years since I became a patient at Shallowford Family Dentistry. If you would like to have the best care for your teeth Dr. K and his staff are top notch. The cleanliness of the office, the up to date equipment and the professionalism are all outstanding. Conveniently located in East Cobb County.
I had a horrible experience as a child with a dentist who gave me novacain with no warning and no topical anesthetic. I've been deathly afraid of needles ever since. I've avoided the dentist for 8 years due to this, but my recent visit to Dr. K has changed that. He made me feel comfortable and at ease...and his technique caused very little discomfort. And to top it all off, I have a beautifully renewed smile to be proud of :) Thanks so much, Dr. K, I'll be back!
I am one that hates to go to the dentist. I recenlty switched to Shallowford Creek Dentistry and needed a little work done. I could not have asked for a better experience. Pain free and great service. Dr. K is wonderful and so is his staff.
I was referred to Dr. K by many of the teacher with whom I work! Dr. K took time to discuss my complete oral health with me. He also seemed to not be in the business to get rich off of his patients!! Instead he seemed to have my best interests at heart. (very refreshing and NOT what I am used to) The office staff and the hygienist were all very friendly and welcoming! I would HIGHLY recommend this office to EVERYONE looking for a dentist that REALLY cares!
Dr. K is the best. While he's working on you, he constantly asks if you're okay and to let him know is something's uncomfortable. He explains and informs the patient of every procedure. Dr. K is not only a highly trained but he is also a perfectionist -- a true artist at work who is caring, gentle, kind, and patient. I haven't been to the dentist in many years but Shallowford Creek made it very easy and approachable. The staff are very friendly and they have the most modern technology. My 3 year old also had her first ever visit recently and she loved it. We have found our new family dentist and couldn't be happier!
I had two teeth extracted; the procedure was explained thoroughly, the Dr. and staff were very compassionate, and the procedure was painless. Before I left the office, they made sure I was OK, and provided me a number that would reach the Dr. after hours. I am very impressed with the Dr. and the staff. I would recommend this dentistry to anyone.
I walked in with a cracked tooth and a great deal of pain, they worked me in and help me relieve the pain. I have limited income and they worked with me on cost. My only disappointment was the cost of the initial visit and X-ray. The X-ray is digital take one minute the initial consultation while through take minutes and the cost was over $90, everyone needs to make $ but lawyers ( the biggest crooks) give first consultation for free, as do contractors, financial advisors,etc..
