Horrible experience and continue to be disappointed --they need to work on their customer service with sales and treat valued customers with respect and also skills within the service department--bought the truck brand new and had crack in windshield that was supposedly repaired and has been in shop for windshield repair again since it wasn't fixed the first time which i was quoted 2 days for repair and a week later i am still without transportation with no ETA of when i will have the truck back and they are steadily putting... read more

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I also had some alerts that have been showing up on my dash. All issues were addressed and taken care of . Ryan , in service, is always the best and I feel fortunate when he is there. Always knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating! Props to him
Clay Kennedy was my sales professional for my latest Lease on my awesome 2021 Cajun Red Traverse. We both worked great together to get the vehicle I would be proud to drive. I wanted to buy from Sawyers of Dewitt and it came down to the numbers and payment and they made it happen. Clay took the time to show me some of the great features and got my on-star set up for me too.
Purchased my Blazer last year and have had fantastic service from MJ & Jonathan in the service center since. MJ personally assisted me with a keyless entry issue and made the process very simple.

I recommend coming here first if you're unsure about buying a car. The workers there were nothing but professional, helpful, knowledgeable and overall patient with me. Service dept employs people who don't care.......Took my van there for an oil change and transmission flush 3 weeks ago. Oil change AND a multi point inspection were done with no remarks about either. Trans flush wasn't RECOMMENDED due to mileage on vehicle......18 days later I notice my van LEAKING oil so I brought it back, only for them to tell me it was going to be $1350 repair and that the van had been leaking for a while.......well if it was leaking for a while why didn't they point it out to me when they performed the ... read more
