A very well trained and pleasant staff, Josh and Grant are awesome. No one was pushy and did for us exactly what I asked for and more.

Service Department 0/5 stars I took my vehicle in for a squealing from the tire area, a noise that sounded like something banging underneath and an oil change. They had the vehicle for 5 days the first time. They fixed the banging noise and said they fixed the squealing noise. I picked it up after 5 days in their shop. The squealing noise was still present and they didn’t change my oil. Worst repair experience ever. Took my truck in for transmission problems the Service writer was all about selling me a new transmission and no mention of cost assistance from GM as I was 600 miles over on warranty. I contacted GM warranty division myself and they reached out by phone and email with no response, I myself contacted the service manager and service writer left detailed messages with my contact and the GM reps contact and neither of us got a return call. I go to Kenny Kent to visit my 2020 Chevy Silverado. It’s been in service there since March 1st, 2021. I’d love to drive it and do all the things I had in mind when I purchased a truck, but they are unable to repair it. They say they will, and I think they really want to, but still. Dollars paid, no truck.
Zachary John’s was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and made my the experience buying my new car so easy.
