I would not recommend a purchase from John Hiester, because of the service department. This is my second truck purchase from the dealer and the second troubled issues with a truck. I was unsure going into this purchase, but Hiester stood behind the issues with class and reverence. Our second truck had a new transmission put in at less than seventy thousand and the 100k warranty that Hiester stood behind because of the first truck took care of it.
