Modern Chevrolet has always been very nice and helpful to me. Brian Alley has been very helpful anytime I have called.Once when I was in a wreck, he even helped me to get it fixed. The other services writer have also been very nice. The last time I was there, I had a very nice black guy that I don't know his name, email was not only helpful but also very helpful. I only take the car to Modern to be fixed even buying tires. Thank you.

Received a formal quote by EM on Monday 8/15 on a new 2016 Suburban. Quote said good for 7 day. Drove over on 8/18 to look at purchasing vehicle. Had appt set up. I get there and was told price was now $7-8,000 higher and they could not honor that quote. I just said no thanks and walked out. This seems like the classic bait n switch tactic. Very disappointed with Modern Chevrolet!
