I bought a car...asked about the three day exchange policy advertised on the web site. No one can tell me exactly how it works. Seems like just a fancy name for a plain trade in...therefore, not really anything special.
We bought our 2018 Equinox on the 8th of September! Rob and Patrick were great to work with...including Patrick going and picking up a pizza for us!!! Super great company to buy from! It really is the MODERN difference
I have been truck shopping for about a year now, and I was pretty upside down on a car. I had been everywhere with no help. Austin was a great help in putting me in a brand new truck,he was also very helpful on showing me all of the features and how to use them on the truck before I drove away. Went down there, told them what I wanted and got put in it for a price I could afford. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
Another horrible experience on 8/25/16. I had about 2 people helped before me thankfully Anthony came and helped me with my service. I am just very unhappy with the rise in prices for just the simple things. How does an oil change and tire rotation go from $30 to $50? And now you are charging $90 just for a diagnostic test even if I bought the car from here. Just ridiculous. I actually hate it when I have to get an oil change because it's the same thing every time and no one seems to want to do anything about it.
The staff was super accommodating and Monte Hall was awesome to work with!
Excellent dealership! Patrick is a fantastic salesman with an awesome personality! Michael Gunter does an extremely great job for Modern Chevrolet! I highly recommend this group of guys when purchasing your next vehicle!
