With a 10:30 appointment this morning my wait time at Modern Chevrolet was over four hours. This wait time was for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. I was beyond frustrated! We have two trucks that were purchased from Modern, my husbands 3500 Duramax and my Colorado. At this time I am seriously considering taking my Colorado to someone else for oil changes and such. Previous times before, my wait time has been right at two hours. Just not happy with them right now!
Throughly enjoying my vehicle and the experience of being walked through the process by Jake. The whole experience was made to be less complicated because he was so knowledgeable of the process and confident in the product that he was selling. I've told friends about Jake great salesmanship & suggested that they give him a call when in need of a vehicle!
Monte Hall is a great salesperson! I recommend him and the dealership.

Apparently your staff needs to be trained better. Service Appointment reps.... I don’t care if they are on site OR in a call center they should not tell a customer they can do the FREE service and make the appt if once completed you are going to try to charge the customer saying you aren’t a certified Cadillac dealer, therefore have to charge for service.
