Well so far I’m not to impressed, I first took my 09’ outlook to the service center for lack of power. After a week I was told it was both front catalytic converters. OEM part are to expensive so I got a set of magna flow put em on and problem persisted. Take the outlook back and it has been at Jim Clark for about a month now. And no one has any idea what’s wrong. RecommendedI always have fast and friendly service even when I need a pick up or drop off. The drivers are always friendly and courteous. I have been leasing from Greenwood and long time and have never had a bad experience.
When I bought my van it wasn't even a week when I started having problems, so I took it in and the warranty covered it and so I thought everything was fixed.
