A Great Place to Live I have lived at Modera for almost a year and my love for it is the same as when I first moved in! The resort-style living cannot be matched in the Fort Lauderdale area. With views of the Intracoastal, you truly feel like you are stepping away from reality. The amenities are awesome, and the views are amazing.
