I am really impressed with the renovations here!! They now have children's chairs and many more nail and pedicure stations! I had a bad experience in the past but I will eat my words now!!! Loving this place! I'll be back for sure!

Awful will never in my LIFE go back there...the manager Steven is very unprofessional and for a person that states" they have been doing nails for 20 years" DID A HORRIBLE JOB! Thanks to Lee at Nail Expo in Tuscaloosa for giving me what I asked for Stiletto Nails w/o having to coach him like I tried to do with Steven at Model Nails who still could not do the job...which is quite sad for a 20 year Nail Tech.

I've always enjoyed my experiences here. But today was the worst pedicure I've ever had in my life. It was obvious the girl who did the pedicure was not wanting to do it. It took forever because she was talking to everyone else and kept leaving and coming back. She only half performed the service. The girl who did my nails however did fine and was pleasant.
