Service has really gotten worse! I’ve been going here for 3 years and have never been treated this bad until recently! People are not friendly, they hurt me each time and when I asked for certain things, they don’t listen to me. I was burnt the last two times with the towels due to they didn’t air them out. I have burnt skin on my legs from the towels! And when I complained, they didn’t do anything! They are also skipping steps! When I pay 52 dollars for a deluxe pedicure, I pay for all the steps! I ABSOLUTELY will never go back to this place. When I picked out the color I wanted the nail tech couldn't get the polish to function so HE took it upon himself to put a different polish (gel) on my nails. I wasn't satisfied at all with the color but decided not to make a big fuss about it because it was near closing and their attitude made me feel rushed. he entire process was rushed. Just went in with some friends and we all had a horrible experience. Way over priced and the girl cut me in 4 different places. My nails are uneven and the polish doesn’t expand over my whole nail, also there is acrylic caked all under my nails. Will not be back.
Worst pedicure I’ve ever had and the service was horrible! The staff is so rude, they don’t care about your comfort, and they don’t do good work. I used to love going to Model Nails and I’ve gone there for years, but now it has become a waste of time and money. I will never be going back.
Worst experience ever. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They cannot do nails four people in there and three complaining. Shut down already!!!
First time in awhile had a problem. Take me to a chair and I expected a little wait. 20 minutes later still in the chair and no one had even noticed me. So I left.
Horrible experience. I got a full new set of acrylics. I just got regular polish because someone else was paying. So immediately I was given attitude about not getting gel. Some of the staff was prejudice and rude. They have lost my 200 dollars a month that I spend on my daughter and myself
I'm currently sitting in this place. This is my second visit here. The first one was great. I got the gel polish on my toes with a full pedi. Paid $55. This time all I wanted was to have the polish taken off and redone. The people were rude and they did the wrong color. Then when I asked them to redo it they said they'd have to charge me again! This is such poor customer service its unbelievable. So I'm stuck with this way too bright red that I absolutely HATE or i pay another $25 to have them redo it....which i refuse to do... read more
