Every time I’m in there to get parts for my 02 ultra to fix a shop screw up the parts department don’t even give me a time or day anymore idk why it’s quit annoying and I do understand I’m in there a lot for parts but that is what y’all are for I work in a dealership as well and last time I checked the customer always comes first y’all need to get y’all crap together y’all just lost a customer who was going to buy a new Harley as well but not anymore because of he parts department😡
What an awesome dealership. While on vacation we noticed a slice in the back rear tire. Took it in and they got us in right away for a new back tire and rear brakes! Took them less than 2 hours and we were back on the road again. We will be visiting them again!!!
Excellent customer service here! Above and beyond what the other dealerships are willing to do. Lake Charles, Lafayette, Houma, Baton Rouge and Pensacola put together haven’t been as informative as this location has been. I won’t bring my bike anywhere else.
I love my bike, but their customer service SUCKS and they LIE! If I knew this, I would have made them give me more on my trade in or reduce the price of the bike.
