I’ve been visiting Mobile Bay Harley for the last 20 years. Just had my 2017 CVO SG serviced and this has been the best customer service I have received anywhere. Arthur at the service desk and Neil as the technician did a fantastic job and the bike looks and runs great. Customer service means a lot to me and it doesn’t get any better than Mobile Bay Harley.
They take the time to go over the problems with your bike explain to you process they go through to make things right.

Bought a day maker headlight and led turn signals from parts today 06/20/2019. Got home and had a question about the install. Called Reggie the parts manager and his coworker Nat and they FaceTimed me and answered my question I had about it. That is customer service you would normally not see at a dealer. If you bought from the last owners and got a bad taste in your mouth like I did. I would give Mobile Bay H-D another shoot!!! Things have change around there and it much better service!!!
they were very helpful and had all the parts ssns knowledge to help me service my bike
when I got my new bike back from having warranty work performed the oil drain plug was loose! get me once, your fault, get me twice, my fault!!
