The parts department and the service department were fantastic. Took great care of my 2013 Road King (20,000 mile service) quickly and efficiently. Comfortable lounge to wait in when I wasn't wandering around admiring the extensive inventory of new and used bikes. And I got a $50 gift card from Parts. Very pleased with the service, friendly staff, and value received for the cost.
I want to start by saying that the guys were very quick to greet me at the door. I've traveled from Abilene, Tx to Titusville, FL. On my way back to Texas today I stopped in to check out there store. Not only were they friendly . When I asked Arthur in the service department he was quick to help me out. If your ever in the area go check these guys out they are very helpful and friendly. Thanks for your hospitality and the staff was awesome as well. I will return on my next trip through.

What an awesome crew there is at Mobile Bay HD! I live in NE Pennsylvania & rode down to attend the annual Motor Maid convention being held in Montgomery. I knew I'd need a service at some point during my trip, but try getting an appointment at a dealer with close to 500 other women riders in town?!? So I opted to stop in today on my way thru to Dauphin Island to meet up with an old military friend & from the moment I walked in I was treated like a VIP by every staff member I interacted with.
