So far, I still recommend MBHD .I've purchased @ 5 bikes there. On 5/16/20 I got a 2008 Night Train, a bike I've wanted for a while. I got a fair price , and was ready to head out. "Justin , where are the keys ?" . After a search he was told they never got a set from the seller. " Mr. Hall ,we'll have you a set made ,let me get the VIN and I'll have you a set in 2 or 3 weeks. It'll take that long to get a set from the factory." About 12 weeks later ,I STILL have no keys. I've reminded Justin , asked Mark to help...no keys ! ... read more

service appointment at 10a today...1030 and the service window is still closed. no wonder Baldwin County people are switching to Pensacola Harley.

We came to Mobile to visit family and stopped in at Mobile Bay HD. We were greeted by a very nice, helpful lady who gave us the layout of the store. I came in to get a part for my shifter that was giving me trouble. They were very helpful and I was able to install the part and be on my way! I also had to get a part for my trunk latch. I was given a great deal on that as well. I would recommend this dealer when you are in the area! The people are great and they have a good selection of bikes to choose from.👍🏾
Sales is sales everywhere you go. If your credit passes, you get what you want. Service makes or breaks a dealership. Garret and Paul took very good care of me. I know I can’t be in customer service because I am one of those “hard” customers to deal with. Garret and Paul went out of their way to keep me from having one of those “apologize later” moments. Thank you.
