RecommendedLove it when people can explain things to me. Just got my first oil change and didn't know what kind of oil would be best for the hybrid engine. Guy at Mobil 1 told me synthetic. Those ones are obviously pricier. I asked why it was better for the engine, and he happily and professionally walked me through it. He didn't act shocked that I didn't know, he didn't "well, li'l lady" me, and he didn't talk down to me or over my head. It was great.
