BEWARE - We hired them to replace a pool liner, relocate our pump, convert from chlorine to salt and replace the steps. Zack took the money for the step replacement and then began ghosting us. We had to hire a new company to complete the work. When researching his company further we noticed that he filed Articles of Dissolution with the Oklahoma Corporation Commission in December of 2018. YIKES. We will have to pursue legal action to get our money back for the unfinished work.
These guys are a complete disaster. They ghost you until they need some money. They come in and do just enough work to collect. It's been over 3 months and I still don't have a pool that I can use. Won't return calls or texts. Voicemail is full.
Don’t hire this person. Installed a pump, broke days later, stopped answering calls/text.
Have been trying to reach them because they originally installed the vinyl liner. No one will reach back. Have left several voice mails for weeks. The liner is sinking, and I have yet to hear from them.
These guys responded to me immediately. They showed up when they said they would and did a great job handling my pool issue. They were friendly and came back to make sure everything met my satisfaction!
