Have been trying to reach them because they originally installed the vinyl liner. No one will reach back. Have left several voice mails for weeks. The liner is sinking, and I have yet to hear from them.
These guys responded to me immediately. They showed up when they said they would and did a great job handling my pool issue. They were friendly and came back to make sure everything met my satisfaction!
Zack and the guys have been servicing my pool annually fort the last three years. They are always here on time each week and Zack is always only a phone call away. I highly recommend M&M Pools to my neighbors.
Zack put in a Liner last year,which keeps slipping out in small areas, around top of pool,put in a new clorinator that does not work, mentioned to him several times last summer, opened pool still having issues wil not return calls, would not recommend for your pool need!!
We have the exact same experience as the other one star review. We hired Zach to open our pool for the summer. We had the cover off already. He charged us $150 to “open pool” and another $75 for shock. He literally poured shock in and one of his guys walked around for about 3 min brushing the sides. That is ALL they did.
