RecommendedI reached out to Mark, scheduled an appointment, and had the appointment within a week's time. He gave me a two hour time frame in which he would arrive. On the day of the appointment, he gave me a call when he was 20 minutes out so that I would exactly when to expect him. When he arrived at my apartment he came in, looked through the apartment and measured it. He then got his equipment and went straight to work. Mark did an amazing job. He was very detailed, and explained everything before he did it.
Mark and Mary did a spectacular cleaning job on my carpets today as if they were just installed....I've always used another leading carpet service for years and thought my carpets were clean BOY WAS I FOOLED!...Mark was very polite and explained in detail his procedure....I will definitely use M&M Chemdry for ALL my future carpet cleanings.
