RecommendedMark was at my residence yesterday to clean our basement carpet. We have an aging Labrador who has had frequent accidents. He was able and very successful in removing stains, explaining the entire process and leaving behind spot removal for future incidents. I highly recommend M&M Chem-Dry - he was professional, efficient and very particular about what he does. Great job - thank you again.

After quite a few disappointments with other unnamed companies, it was a pleasure to have them show up promptly as scheduled, explain what needed done and why and then charge me exactly what we agreed to. The finished product turned out better than expected. Can't say enough good things about this outfit. 2 thumbs up!
