We had a wonderful experience with Mark cleaning the carpet at our rental home. Mark was extremely thorough and knowledgeable about treating stains and protecting the carpet for renters to come. Beyond being professional, Mark was also very friendly! I would HIGHLY recommend Mark and we WILL be using him in the future.

We were very pleased with Marks service. We have not had our carpets cleaned for 10 years. He brought them back to life & gave extra attention to an extra soiled area asking what the cause was so he could treat accordingly. Highly recommend.
