Mark has cleaned the carpets in our rental properties for several years and has been totally thorough. Several tenants have left the carpets in our "pet free" and "smoke free" properties in very bad condition. We have been very pleased with Mark and would recommend his service to anyone. He is especially helpful proving when our tenants broke their leases by tracking the pet urine patterns in the carpet as well as the properties that have smoking residue remaining in the carpet. Mark was professional and technical in his explanations and he did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets. He explained all steps and elaborated on each phase.
