I got to the place 10 minutes before my appointment and it took them about 3 hours to finish, and the place wasn't even busy. I showed them a reference picture of what I wanted and they flat out told me they couldnt do it so I told them to just do a deep French tip. She started doing good nail prep but when she started putting the acrylic on, she got it all over my fingers, and she didn't even clean it off. They also made the nails SUPER THICK. I was in town for the weekend with my fiancé. He was in the Kendall neighborhood doing some work, so while he was busy I decided to pop by for a pedicure. I usually get overwhelmed when picking colors, so I just went with my usual french tips. I chose one of the upgraded pedicures and it came with a hot towel treatment, which I loved. Love this place! Very clean and they do a great job. I don't get fancy designs so I can't speak on that but they do a great job on the usual gel mani/pedi. They have some of the best pricing around I think and they provide very good service. Walkins are also welcome which is a plus!

Since I am a professional calligrapher, people around me are always staring at my hands and what they do with pen and ink on paper. Jenny did a wonderful job pleasing me with this special design. Beautiful!! I’ll be so proud to be seen!!
