M J Kelly Realty - Total rip off – I rented from M J Kelly Realty only because I was out of time and had to move fast. The place was not in great shape, but I was assured that it would be cleaned and the bathroom re-worked before I moved in. I also knew that I would have to pay for 12 months worth of rent but only get to live in the apt for 11 and a half months. When I moved in, the place was filthy.
