I would have given it a 4 or 5, but when I went in today to pick up a sandwich, the owner snapped at the lady giving him the sandwich order. It was really rude and unprofessional and right in front of me. I stood there and waited 30 minutes for one sandwich, which is ok bc they were busy, but I wish she would have told me it was going to take approx. X amount of time. The sandwich was huge and very good and lentil soup was very good too.

One of my issues today with my staff was not properly explaining to not only you, but other clients that it would take x amount of time due to the very unexpected number of clients that come in today to order various lunch items. We went in today to pick up a little din din and was really pleased with the service, the quality, and I definitely recommend the corned beef on rye what a mountain of a sandwich brother!!!

We found Mitch on the internet and as we live in North Georgia, we traveled 50 miles each way. Once there, the wait on a Saturday is quite long; we were there about an hour. Mitch takes time with every customer to make sure they know the best way to cook their meats. While there, the two ladies that work in the store offer those in line samples of soup, candies and coffee. It is worth the travel and the wait.
Very nice and friendly staff. Good quality meat. Lots of rubs homemade soups and bread. I will definitely return. Must warn quality products are not cheap.
Being from Massachusetts I am always looking for fresh seafood and meats, looks like I found my place! Mitch and his staff were a delight and super helpful! Can't wait to come back and try more!! This place is GREAT!
