Mitch was super helpful getting me started smoking beef brisket. Really took his time making sure I knew how to do it. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

The sandwiches here are out of this world. I had been buying meat and fish here for the last year and am kicking myself for waiting so long to try a sandwich or two or three. I stopped by last week to buy a couple of steaks and my teenage son was with me and HUNGRY. He ordered the 'Callaha' sandwich (roast beef, bacon mayo, lettuce, tomato all on his made in house bread. Mitch is so wonderful. He helped me pick out some grass fed beef today and then seasoned it for me and invited me into the kitchen. It was so delicious.I love that all of his food has no preservatives, no antibiotucs and no hormoes, I will never get meat from anywhere else. The freshmade hot dogs are amazing....and I do not like hot dogs! My husband loved the smoked salmon too!

The lunchtime menu is incredible. Mitch's sandwiches are the best in Roswell. Packed high with the freshest ingredients and his custom mayos and sauces- you can't beat the value or taste. Try the Caesar salad with smoked chicken on top or the Callahan sandwich with bacon mayo- better than any sit-down restaurant.
So happy that we found this place! We were looking for somewhere to get quality steaks for our anniversary dinner and found his place! Mitch was so helpful on what to pick out and even helped us season the steak and Boston butt we bought. Incredibly friendly and very affordable for quality meats and sauces! Will never shop anywhere else for any type of meats again! Everyone should check out his shop. Y'all won't want to go anywhere else.
First visit and the steak was in the top 2 of best we've ever had.
Glad to finally have a knowledgeable butcher in the area.
