Close to my house. Really nice selection and Mitch is very helpful. Lets all go here for our meat and fish instead of Publix and Kroger. His products are wrapped in plastic and then vacuum sealed. Something the other stores do not offer. He also has an ever expanding selection of interesting rubs and salts. Just stop in for a look and talk to them, you'll be back.

By far my favorite butcher in the area. If you stop by, he will show you brochures on the farms he buys his meats from so you can get to know your suppliers. He can get and sell the lower cost "generic" meats to offer prices similar to Kroger but the locally and responsibly sourced stuff really tastes better. The Wagyu ribeye was the best piece of meat I've ever tasted.

So glad you're open! The rib-eye steak we grilled last night was delicious and so tender. Thanks for sealing it in the air-tight bag. You have a nice variety of meats.
