RecommendedOur go to butcher. Sometimes I know what I want (Prime strip, Prime filet and fresh wild halibut) and sometimes I let Mitch call the shots. Hand trimmed by Mitch with free cooking recommendations. On Saturdays this place is a community event. Go get you some. Highly recommend.

RecommendedVisited Mitch’s yesterday for the first time (with Doug Curling). Took home a few pounds of Mitch’s brisket/Wagyu blend burgers. Grilled them tonight and they were awesome. Very recommended! Worth the one hour drive down from Braselton. I’ll be back Mitch! Thank you.
