I have regular contract tune-up services twice a year on my Air Conditioner and then my Furnace. My furnace is 14 years old and I had my first issues. Mitchell's One Hour Heating and A/C resolved it quickly and very professional. The tech, SID, was very personnel and knowledgeable technician and very awesome. We have regular servicing from Mitchell’s One Hour heating and A/C. They contact us regularly to schedule our servicing. We had Sid as our service tech and he was awesome. We want to request him for all our future servicing needs. Very personable and professional!!
Sid was at our house today to install a new thermostat and check the furnace etc. for winter. He was FANTASTIC. Polite, clean, articulate! I can’t say enough about him!
We got a new furnace, air conditioner and tankless water heater. They showed up, worked for two days and cleaned up as if they were never here. So far everything works great! They were polite, professional, and accommodating. I highly recommend this company for any hvac needs. The prices aren’t cheapest, but they are fair. They are open 24 hours, and when we needed someone a couple years ago in February and our furnace quit, someone cane out and saved us.
I wholeheartedly recommend Mitchell's!!!! One of the things I always look for is a cheerful and helpful person who answers the phone. Each time I call I get that. Also, we have renters and they were so helpful in working with us for payment and them for appointment set-up. Also, we have a weird combo heating cooling system and they called me before doing any work on it when they got there. Also, gave me good advice on the system. If you need someone call Mitchell's!
I am completely shocked any time I have to deal with any of the team at Mitchell's! Their customer service is second to none for each employee whether they are answering phones, providing quotes, services, etc. I have had emergencies on Christmas Eve with a newborn at home...they are there! I need advice on whether or not to fix versus replace and they are honest! They have a program for Military and Veterans which I respect highly as a Veteran myself.
