My a/c was blowing warm air. I called Mitchell's One Hour and they came out within a hour. The service guy was very friendly and showed me why it was not cooling. He fixed and also showed me the lint that was in my duck work. He recommend me to have it cleaned since there are couple of us in the house have allergies. I have not had any trouble with Mitchell's One Hour in the 3 yrs I had them.

Wow at least take responsibility for your poor decision making in letting the bosses under-qualified child train your new employees if your going to claim lack of performance. Such a dishonest and manipulative company, dont even waste your money letting such an under-qualified company attempt to work on your home unless you enjoy paying top market prices for half ass work and supporting a shady company. Your better off investing in real professionals.
This is an excellent plan. We pay monthly and they automatically come out twice a year and service their equipment. Always friendly and nice. Never had a less than great service call.

we recently purchased a new furnace from Mitchell's. sale rep was thorough, polite and prepared. pricing was competitive with the local home improvement stores, and nothing was subcontracted. the installers were prompt, and finished earlier than promised. they hauled away our old furnace, and left no mess behind. TRULY PROFESSIONAL!!!!
Just don't buy their new updated modulating furnace. Installed less than 2 years ago & had many problems, mostly heat goes off in winter & you need to call a tech. Biggest mistake of our lives.
